How do storage rates and Autopay work?
From October 1, 2026, advertised storage rates require Autopay. Without Autopay, the bill is $25 more each month. Unpaid rent on the 5th adds a $25 late fee.
Saving a card is not the same as enrolling in Autopay. Open the existing billing page or contact the office for help with your account.
How do I get access to my storage unit?
Open the tenant portal and use the email on your lease. The existing sign-in flow sends a one-time code; you do not need a Google account.
Once you have your tenant gate code, the gate is accessible day and night. Gate access is not a promise of 24-hour office staffing.
Is the self-serve wash the same as a hand wash?
No. The self-serve bays are open day and night at the same Park Drive address. Pull in and use a bay.
Hand washes are booked separately. Teachers, nurses, and badge-wearers can check the hand-wash page for available slots and current details.
Where are payments and account details handled?
Payments continue through the existing Stripe-powered flows. Card numbers stay in Stripe. This homepage does not collect card details.
Cloudflare runs the website and tenant tools, with operational notes kept in Google Sheets. For billing or account questions, contact the office.
